Lessons are in-person only and take place at BluePrint Music Studios located at:

What Are Your Operating Hours?

Lessons are held on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and evenings from 2pm-9pm, and Saturdays 10am – 6pm

Where can I book lessons?

Is parking available at the studio?

Yes, we have a parking lot adjacent to the studio, and street parking is also available.

Yes, however, because of travel, the price will be increased depending on a number of factors.


2. Booking & Scheduling Your Lessons

How do I book a lesson?

Booking is a breeze! Just follow these steps:

If you prefer a manual method of booking and payment, just reach out with our contact form or send us an email.

Can I book a lesson without using your website?

Yes, you can! If you prefer not to use the website, feel free to contact us directly via phone or email to schedule your lesson.

How far in advance can I book?

You may book as far in advance as you like; however, availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

What should I do if I’m sick on the day of my lesson?

Your health matters! If you’re feeling unwell, let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll gladly reschedule your lesson.

Can I keep the same lesson time every week?

Absolutely! As long as you’re actively enrolled and up to date on payments, your preferred time slot is reserved for you. Conversely, you’re also welcome to change your lesson slot to any available time slot as you need. We only request a week’s notice for any slot swaps.

Do parents/guardians need to stay during their child’s lesson?

Parents are always welcome; however, it’s completely optional. If you choose to stay, we ask that you allow the lesson to run smoothly and without distractions.

What if I’m late to my lesson?

We totally get it—life happens! If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you; however, lessons will still wrap up at the scheduled time to keep everything on track.

Do you accept walk-ups?

We accept walk-ups if there is a free slot in the schedule. Unfortunately, if there isn’t a free slot, a lesson must be booked in advance.


3. Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Online and Electronic Payments:

  • Stripe (Credit/Debit Card Processing)
  • Venmo
  • Zelle

In-Person Accepted Payments:

  • Credit Card Payments (Processed via Stripe and subject to a 4% transaction fee)
  • Cash & Check

All payments must be received before or immediately after the lesson to secure continued booking and confirm scheduling.

Is there a subscription option?

No contracts, no stress! We offer pay-as-you-go lessons and an optional recurring payment feature for convenience. You’re always in control.

Can I change my lesson package after I’ve started?

Yep! If you decide to upgrade or downgrade your package, the new rate will apply to future lessons.

Do you charge late fees?

Nope! But payments must be made within two weeks to keep your lesson schedule active.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Your Lessons

What is your cancellation policy?

24-hour notice is required for cancellations.

One reschedule per lesson is allowed. However, we are more than willing to try to accommodate you in the event of an emergency.

Missed lessons without proper notice are forfeited.

What happens if I miss a lesson?

If you give at least 24 hours’ notice, you can reschedule it within one month of the original date, as long as there’s an available time slot.

Unfortunately, if you can’t let us know at least 24 hours before, you’ll lose the lesson except if there’s an emergency.

How do I reschedule a lesson?

If booked via Student Portal, use the rescheduling tools in the app.

If booked manually or would prefer we handle the rescheduling, talk to us in person or send us an email.

Can I switch to a different lesson package after purchasing?

To keep things simple, you’ll need to complete your current package before switching to a new one.

What happens if I need to take a break from lessons?

Need a break? No problem! Just let us know in advance:

Shorter breaks can be accommodated with reasonable notice.

For breaks longer than 30 days, please give us a heads-up so we can save your spot.


5. Trial Lessons

How do I schedule a trial lesson?

Just shoot us a call or email or fill out our trial lesson form and we’ll confirm everything within 48 hours!

How long does it take to receive confirmation?

We typically respond within 48 hours regardless of the reason for contact. So, you’ll receive confirmation in that time.

Can I switch from a free trial to a 50% off 1-hour lesson?

Yes, just let us know at least 24 hours before your lesson.

What if I need to reschedule my trial?

Trial lessons may be rescheduled once under the standard rescheduling policy.

What should I bring to my trial lesson?

Drummers: Sticks, a practice pad (if available)

Guitar/Bass: Your instrument (amps available if needed)

Everyone: A writing utensil and notebook (a music notebook is preferred, but anything works!)

6. Discounts & Promotions

Do you offer referral discounts?

Yes! Refer a student and receive a discount on your next lesson.

Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.

A maximum of two referral discounts per month may be applied per student.

Do you offer seasonal promotions?

Yes! Keep an eye out for them:  

Holiday Gift Packages – Limited-time offers on lesson bundles during the holiday season.

Spring Break Special – Discounted trial packages for new students.

Back-to-School Promotion – Discounts on lesson packages for the fall semester.

Can I stack multiple promotions?

Sorry, but no. You’ll get the best available promotion at the time of booking, but they can’t be combined.

Can I get a promotional package if I’ve already taken lessons?

Nope, promotional packages are just for new students. But don’t worry! You can still grab a standard package at a discounted rate to keep learning.
