I’m very proud to announce that the studio I’m building is nearly complete! This is just a quick studio update to bring everyone up to speed with where I am in the big picture.
This has been in the works for a very long time. After years of planning, taking small steps, and a number of other reasons, I decided to finally pull the trigger. The idea is to have a place where I can record, do pre-production work, film some content things (though, we’ll see how well I stick to that, heh), and offer high-quality remote lessons.
I’m beyond grateful to family, friends, collaborators, and clients who’ve helped bring this vision to life! It’s been a ton of work but it is really coming to fruition! Thank you all!
What the Studio Can Do
This new setup supports four streaming cameras and up to 16 tracks of audio, giving me the ability to teach, perform, and create with a professional workflow from home.
I’ll be able to offer remote lessons in all subjects to students anywhere in the world! I’m so incredibly excited.
The space is cozy and dialed in. The lighting is simple but effective, and all the acoustic treatment is finished: rockwool in the ceiling, baffles for clarity, and tuned materials placed around the room.
The Website
The website has been updated to account for remote lessons in addition to the fact that I will now be offering in-home lessons in the eastern San Fernando Valley.
The functionality is still the same: it’s still super easy to sign up with our trial lesson form. It’s very easy to schedule and reschedule your lessons from our student portal.
All the goodness from before the update but now with an expanded area of operation.
Blog Posting Schedule
Originally, I aimed to post weekly. But with everything picking up, that schedule has become a little ambitious. So going forward, you can expect at least one post a month. I’ll post more if I have time and bandwidth. Ultimately, the priority is to offer something valuable in each blog post.
Moving Into Fall 2025
