A Guitar Enlightenment Teacher to My Son

Honestly, it’s not easy to meet a good teacher who can help a kid to keep his/her passion for a specific field for a long time during his/her learning journey. My son was always half-hearted about learning any musical instruments until we had Chris as his guitar teacher while he was in high school.

Chris had made his guitar lessons interesting and relaxing, and that helped inspire my son’s passion for playing guitar. My son would find his favorite music and either brought it to Chris for a guide or tried to play it on guitar by himself in his leisure time.

Chris is knowledgeable and explains everything so that I understood it! We discussed music theory which helped me become a better musician. When working on voice, he had me learn a variety of songs so that I could identify the techniques and rhythms that gave the songs their uniqueness.
